Frequently Asked Questions & Answers

We provide concise answers to your common questions

Hearing aids do not have an expiration date. Their lifespan depends on the care they receive and whether you follow the manufacturer's recommended regular check-ups. The new-generation hearing aids we offer can be reprogrammed and adjusted for any changes in your hearing ability, which sets them apart from older technology that had limited reprogramming capabilities. In cases where our hearing ability declines over time, new hearing aids may be necessary.

New hearing aid models have long overcome the issues of unwanted and bothersome whistling during use. High-tech feedback control systems prevent these symptoms, allowing us to enjoy the benefits of our hearing aids without interruptions.

The decision to use one or two hearing aids depends on the diagnosis of the type and degree of hearing loss. In general, it should be understood that if you have a problem in both ears, a binaural application solution is recommended. This will result in better sound comprehension and speech discrimination, especially in noisy environments. Nature has designed us to function with two auditory organs, and this should not be overlooked.
